"You can look back on your time at UHI and realise you have been fortunate to have this opportunity and, for most of you, the opportunity to stay within your own community to study.”

- Lord Lieutenant Anne Dunnett

On completion of your course at North Highland College UHI, you will be invited to our Academic Awards Ceremony, where you will graduate in a traditional graduation gown with your fellow classmates.

The yearly event marks a celebration of the successes and hard work put in by our students to their families and the wider community.  Attended by a guest speaker, and followed by a drinks reception, it is always a highly anticipated event enjoyed by staff, students, family and friends.

Graduation takes place in September at one of three locations; Wick (St Fergus Church of Scotland), Thurso (St. Andrews and St. Peters Church) and Dornoch (Cathedral) on a rotational basis each year.
