We are committed to ensuring fair and inclusive access to education for everyone. We aim to provide a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for all of our students and staff. We will take positive steps to prevent discrimination in our polices, decisions and practices and we will provide a safeguard for those who believe that they have suffered discrimination in the form of our grievance and complaints policies. Our College Equality Committee exists to promote equality, diversity and inclusiveness and to ensure corporate compliance with Equality legislation.
We expect all staff and students to behave in line with our staff standards of behaviour, as outlined in the staff discipline policy and our Student Positive Behaviour Management Framework. Both policies include details of how we will address breaches of equality legislation and/or alleged discrimination.
